Puzzolana offers classifiers and thickeners for cleaner sand and efficient water use. Its classifiers remove silt, clay, and other harmful material from natural sand, and reduce fines below 150 microns in manufactured sand. They come in two types: dry classifiers, which use mechanical separation to reduce material below 75 microns, and wet classifiers in bucket wheel and hydrocyclone designs. Puzzolana thickeners quickly recover process water for reuse, keeping waste to a minimum.
